Small Group Training provides higher quality training than larger group classes. It also provides an opportunity for me to assess and evaluate you more closely as you perform various activities, techniques and exercise protocol. The small group class is limited to just a few participants.
Within this small group environment I will provide specific advice for you, individually, to ensure a safe and productive workout within the group.

Small Group Programs
BootCamp is geared to push you to conquer your limits using military style exercises and a teamwork approach. Modifications are offered to those in need.
This program is strictly designed around cardiovascular drills and core strengthening exercises.
This protocol combines high and low intensity cardiovascular exercises. The variety of intervals will bring your heart rate up and back down to give you an efficient cardio workout.
Cardio Kickboxing is a fun and exciting workout utilizing the basic punching and kicking drills used by the pros -- with some added cardio and strength exercises added to the mix.
We use gloves, mitts and heavy bags to get a "fighter's workout!"
Yes, it's exactly what you would think. This specialized training is a specific "strength training protocol" only. The total focus is on getting more isolation of the individual muscle groups of the body.
HIGH INTENSITY INTERVAL TRAINING (HIIT):
HIIT Training utilizes nearly every muscle in the body through a wide variety of functional training exercise circuits. This class involves both strength and cardiovascular exercises to keep your heart rate up to burn more fat and build more muscle simultaneously.
